Duane Robinson (Pete) Jones

Pete Jones passed away May 25, 2020. He was born April 30, 1939 to Wayne and Ernestine (Dacus) Jones of the Omega Community outside of Dardanelle. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Peggy (Jones) James and brother in laws, Jerry James and Don Corbin.

He is survived by a son, Mitch Jones (Cindy) of Compton, AR., daughter, Michelle Morgan (Doug) of Clarksville, AR., daughter, Julie Lewis (Ted) of Frisco, TX., one sister, Joyce (Jones) Corbin of Dardanelle and one brother, Ronnie Paul Jones (Kathy) of Dardanelle and one granddaughter, Lindsey Rae Jones of Compton, AR., with many loving nieces and nephews.

Pete was a member of the Church of Christ. He graduated from Dardanelle High School in 1957. Pete was a military veteran. He loved the Razorbacks and was an avid golfer.

Graveside service will be at Dacus Cemetery on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 1:00P.M. with the Reverend Mark Auten officiating.
