Dusty Ray Norris age 44 of Casa, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at his home. He was born October 9, 1981 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to James Michael Norris and Mary Ellen Fraser. He loved watching tv and spending time with his daughter, Evie. Dusty was preceded in death by his son, Ryder Norris.

Survivors include his parents, Mike Norris (Pam), Mary White (Mark); one daughter, Evie Norris; siblings, Michael Scott Norris, Michael Lynn Fraser (Misty), Misty Michelle Vines (Adam), Nikki Staggs (Chris), D.J. McGehe and a host of other family and friends.
