Edgar Henson age 67 of Dardanelle passed away Sunday, September 9, 2018. He was born in Little Rock on May 26, 1951 to William and Inez Henson. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Larry McConnelle; sister, Norma Inez Henson; sister-in-law, Sue Spann; niece, Ruth Ann Spann and nephew, Mike Coleman.

He is survived by his son, Edgar Ray Henson Jr. (Hootie Bear) and wife Kim; daughter, Michelle Lynn Hicks (Chattie Rat) and husband Lonnie; brother, Gene Spann; thirteen grandchildren, Alley, Courtney, Aaron, MaKayla, Kaylie, Andrew, Halie, Carissa, Carter, BJ, Katlyn, Gracey, Isiah; one great grandchild, Ethan and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00P.M., Friday, September 14, 2018 at the Orion Church. Visitation will be held Friday, noon to 1:00P.M. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Orion cemetery.
