Edmond Doeppe Edmond Ray Doeppe age 81 of Russellville died Thursday, September 11, 2014 at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. He was born October 19, 1932 at Newport News, VA to the late Clyde Otto and Christine Gibson Doeppe. He was a retired United States Army Veteran and he loved to spend time with his friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister. Survivors include his two sons, Edmond Ray Doeppe Jr. and wife Dollie of Texas, Steven Daniel Doeppe and wife Pamela of Texas; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren and many close friends.
