Elecia Ann "Tish" Petillo Carter Elecia Ann "Tish" Petillo Carter age 64 of Ola died Friday, November 16, 2012 at her home in Ola. She was born January 17, 1948 in Russellville to the late Leamern and Edith Witt Petillo. She was a member of the Mt. George Church of Christ and worked for 43 years as a beautician. Her talent as an artist was remarkable. She was a avid gardner, enjoyed fishing, wter skiing, but most of all her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Dickey Mobley and sister, Marilyn Pfeifer. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Jimmy Carter, daughter , Ashley Rowan and husband Shawn of Ola, son, Philip Carter and wife Nikki of Centerville, grandchildren, Seth Leavell, Blake Leavell, Audrey Rowan, Kaleb Carter, Kaleigh Carter, Lucas Carter, Summer Carter and Kaden Olson and a host of nieces and nephews and friends. Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at the Mt. George Church of Christ with Brother Chris George officiating. Burial will be in Petillo Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 7 PM Monday at Cornwell Funeral Home, Dardanelle. Pallbearers will be Shawn Rowan, Brad Mobley, Seth Leavell, Blake Leavell,Cullen Pfeifer and Tras Pfeifer.
