Elizabeth Diane Charlie Lewis age 42 of Ozark formerly Ola passed away Sunday October 16, 2011 at her home.

She was born June 27, 1969 in Danville, Arkansas to Jerry & Anna Sue Wilson Neeley. Preceded in death by her father, Jerry Neeley.

Survivors include husband Curtis Vern Lewis; mother, Sue Neely of Ola; son Cody Allen Lewis; daughters Laura Lea Sparacino of Little Rock and Katie Lynn Sparacino of Ola; 3 grandchildren; step-son, Justin Cutis Lewis of Gainesville, FL; brother Terry Neeley of Atlanta, GA; sister Melinda Neeley of Little Rock; father-in-law & wife Curtis R. & Jean Lewis of West Palm Beach, FL; mother-in-law, Brenda Lewis of West Palm Beach, FL; her best friend Robert Knoles of Ozark;

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Cornwell Funeral Home.
