Elton Dalton Smith age 73 of Rover passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019 at his home.

He was born April 29, 1946 in Stockton CA. to the late Elmer Smith & Elsie Aselio. He loved to fish, hunt, travel in his motor home, and gamble.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Smith; children, Yvonne LaVigne of California; Billy Pedrotti of Washington; sister, Veed Miller of California and grandson, Chris Smith of California.
