Elva Forsythe Elva Jean Forsythe age 84 of Russellville died Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Stella Manor Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born September 3, 1930 at Carden Bottom to the late Ed and Myrtle Ellis Lewis. She was a home maker and was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cecil Ray Forsythe; three sisters, Mildred Bethel, Myrlene Chamberlin, Dorthy Alverson. Survivors include six children, Charles Ray Forsythe of Bethel Island, California, Brenda Joyce Severs of Russellville, Arkansas, Bertha Adell Huseby of Bonaza, Oregon, Eddie Lee Forsythe of Greenville, Texas, Patricia Ann Evans of Alma, Arkansas, Gene Allen Forsythe of Russellville, Arkansas; thirteen grandchildren; twenty eight great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 10:00A.M., Friday, July 3, 2015 at Salem Cemetery in Plainview with Rev. Ron Chenault officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Charles Forsythe, Eddie Forsythe, Allen Forsythe, Art Salmons, Daniel Klein, Nick Casazza.
