Elva Laurine (Cloninger) Sikes, age 94, of Dardanelle, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, July 17, 2026. She was born on October 25, 1931, in Cherryvale, Kansas, to Clarence Cloninger and Ethel Helton Cloninger.

Elva was a woman of deep faith who loved the Lord with all her heart. She found great joy in reading her Bible, listening to gospel music, and sharing her faith with those around her. She had a servant's heart and expressed her love through cooking for family, friends, and anyone in need. Elva also enjoyed crocheting and faithfully volunteered with the Area Agency on Aging, serving as a senior companion where she formed many meaningful friendships and touched countless lives with her kindness and compassion.

She was employed for many years as a medical transcriptionist with Crawford and Company. Elva attended some college and was known for her caring nature, quiet strength, and unwavering devotion to her family and community.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ethel Cloninger; her son, Michael Wayne Bradbury; and her brother, Vern Cloninger.

She is survived by her children, Patrick S. Bradbury and wife, Willa Sue, Randy Lee Bradbury and wife, Veda, and Sheryl L. Murry. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren, along with numerous extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

Elva's legacy of faith, generosity, and unconditional love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her family finds comfort in knowing she has entered her eternal home and is now at peace in the presence of her Lord and Savior.
