The Angels rejoiced to see Mrs. Eudell Ward Stanberry enter into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, September 20th, 2026. Eudell was born on July 22, 1926 along with her twin brother Odell.

She recently celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends at her home. Her church family also honored her with 100th birthday celebration.

She has been a member of Chalybeate Springs Missionary Baptist Church since June 1944.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sol Stanberry, her daughter Joy Stanberry O’Bryant, son, Bobby Lee Stanberry, grandson, Kelly Fowler, sons-in-law, Floyd Fowler and Larry O’Bryant, father and mother, Sid and Tennie Duke Ward, six brothers, Earl, Herman, Norman, Arthur (Babe), R. W. Odell and sister, Helen Bernice Ward Dennis.

She is survived b her daughters, Judy Fowler (Johnny), and Peggy Bewley (David), 7 grandchildren, 10 greatgrandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are Jason Fowler, Jake Fowler, Justin Fowler, Chad Stanberry, Jeff Stanberry and Brandon Williams.

Honorary pallbearers David Bewley, Johnny Fowler, Chris Walker, Clinton Kimbrough and Ronnie Holt.

Services will be conducted at Chalybeate Springs Missionary Church at 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 pm before service at the church.
