Eula Faye Tapp age 81 of Havana passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 in Rogers Arkansas.

She was born February 2, 1937 in Fitztown, Oklahoma           to the late George & Edna Zumwatt Shipman. She was a long time member of the Moore's Chapel Church and a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Pete Tapp; parents; brothers, Dennis and Freddie Shipman.

Survivors include her children, Mindy Tapp Cole and husband Eric of Rogers; Pete Tapp and wife Carole Sweet Tapp of Waukesha, WI; grandsons, Tristan Cole, Brandon Cole, Colton Tapp, and Mitchell Tapp.

Funeral service will be 10 am Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Moore's Chapel Church. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Tuesday, April 10, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Moore's Chapel Cemetery.
