Eulina Daisy Lay age 93 of Atkins passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Saint Vincent Hospice in Little Rock. She was born February 9, 1927 at Russellville, Arkansas to the late James Wade and Calla Davis Wade. She loved crafts and working in the yard. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Virgil D. Lay and one son, Clark A. Lay.

Survivors include one son, Douglas A. Lay of Atkins.

Burial was held in Oakland Cemetery in Russellville.
