Evelyn Millard

Evelyn Lakin Millard age 80 of Dardanelle died Monday, February 8, 2016 at River Valley Medical Center. She was born July 24, 1935 at Booneville to the late David Theodore and Anna Mae Hart Lakin. She was a member of the Dardanelle Church of Christ. She loved sewing, quilting, cooking and volunteering lots of her time to deliver meals on wheels. Most of all she loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth Millard; two brothers, Dan Lakin, Frank Lakin and a son-in-law, Jerry McGee Jr.

Survivors include three children, Keith Millard (Chyrel) of Dardanelle, Rachell Souza (Ernie) of California, Cindy McGee of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one sister, Mary Ann Callison (Howard) of California; eight grandchildren, Rick Millard, Matthew Millard, Christopher Knowles, Melanie Catron, Trey McGee, Travis McGee, Jacob McGee, Jared McGee and three great grandchildren, Cambria Catron, Emma Binz-McGee, Cole Catron.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Brearley cemetery in Dardanelle with Bro. Ralph Weinhold officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
