Everett LeRoy Thomas Jr. age 80 of Magazine passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Talihina V.A. Medical Center in Talihina, OK.

He was born June 16, 1931 in Oklahoma City, OK. to the late Everett LeRoy and Grace Joyce Headlee Thomas Sr. He was a WWII Marines Veteran; and a member of the First Baptist Church in Magazine.

He was preceded in death by his parent; sister Connie Anderson; son Timothy L. Thomas; grandchildren Laura A. Thomas and Victor T. Love.

Survivors include wife of 60 years Janet Thomas; children and spouses Christopher and Shelia Thomas of Waveland; Teri Baty of Washington D.C.; Steven & Deauna Thomas of Cushing, OK; Adele & Tommy Love of Magazine; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 1, 2011 at Moores Chapel Cemetery in Waveland with Rev. Kenny Thompson.
