Fae Ann Dugan age 81 of Plainview passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born June 17, 1938 at Virgie, Kentucky to the late Joseph Elmer and Edna Parthena Tackett Reynolds. She was a mother to everyone and she loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Clarence "Blackie" Reynolds, Jackie Lewis and Bernice Bentley.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Charles Dugan; one son, Derek Dugan (Regeneia); one sister, Billie Johnston; grandchildren, Andrew Mills, Charles (CJ) Dugan and great grandchildren, Alexis Nichole Mills and Shawn Mills.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00A.M., Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the Plainview First Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home, 220 John Babish Lane, Russellville, Arkansas.
