Junior Roberts Fleming Junior Roberts age 90 of Dardanelle died Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. He was born March 10, 1925 at Dardanelle to the late Fleming Lewis and Sallie Adcock Roberts. He was a United States Navy Veteran, former member of the Yell County Mounted Patrol and a member of the Gum Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Ronnie Roberts; one daughter, Tammy Hodge; two brothers, Aubrey Roberts, Roy Roberts and two sisters, Eva Roberts and Ruby Nell Dugger. Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Marilyn Miller Roberts of Dardanelle; one son, Kenneth Roberts of Little Rock; two daughters, Patsy Strieby of Lenexa, KS, Terri Garza of Rogers; one brother, J.D. Roberts of Dardanelle; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Bob Loyd officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Members of the Yell County Mounted Patrol. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Gum Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
