Flora Jo Anderson, age 89, of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away on September 3, 2026, in her home. She was born on August 2, 1937 in Riverside, California to Julius Thurman Anderson and Effie Louise Price. Flora found great joy in gardening, painting, reading, and cooking throughout her life. She was an avid businesswoman in the real estate industry, and taught art in her free time.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Dale Ruevell Moore Jr.; and her sisters, Doris Gibson and Shirley Lloyd.

Flora is survived by her daughter-in-law, Cathy Moore of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren Meghan Moore of Allen, Texas, Samantha Moore of Fort Collins, Colorado, and Reagan Moore of Fort Collins, Colorado.

Flora will be remembered for her creativity, her love of gardening, and the many interests that brought beauty and enjoyment to her life. Her memory will be cherished by those who knew and loved her.
