Floy Bearden

Floy Taylor Bearden age 88 of Dardanelle died Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born November 24, 1927 at Riverside, Arkansas to the late Bryan and Millie (Hill) Taylor. She was a member of the Dardanelle Church of Christ, the Lady's Red Hats and a volunteer at St. Mary's Hospital. Most of all she loved her family, especially her grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, W.G. "Dub" Bearden; two brothers, Delbert Taylor, Twin Brother, Troy Taylor; one sister, Elda Mae Wheeler.

Survivors include three children, Johnny Lee Bearden of Russellville, Jerry Bearden and wife Betty of Harkey Valley, Deloris Perryman and husband Bud of Dardanelle; two brothers, Kenneth Taylor and wife June of Dardanelle, Bobby Taylor and wife Iva of Dardanelle; eight grandchildren, Michelle (Bearden) Parmer, Angela Bearden, Bryan Bearden, Gina (Bearden) Walker, Kris Bearden, Daniel Bearden, Penny (Parsons) Sims, Davey Parsons; twenty four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 10:00A.M., February 13, 2016 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Mark Auten officiating. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Friday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the chapel.

Pallbearers will be Elders and Deacons of the church.
