Frances Elaine Jones, age 86 of Danville, passed away Monday, February 13, 2023 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born April 22, 1936 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late Sam Chansley and Pansy Payne. She was a mother and a home maker and attended the Church of Christ. Frances was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim Jones; son, Ronny Jones; granddaughters, Cindy Jones, Tori Jones; brothers, Donny, Sammy, Mickey and Bobby Chansley and a sister, Virginia Womack.

Survivors include four children, Melinda Phillips of Dardanelle, Melissa Standridge (Michael) of Dardanelle, Jimmy Dean Jones (Christina) of Dardanelle, Jake Jones (Kim) of Hector; one brother, Jack Chansley (Kathy) of Missouri; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Saturday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the First Assembly of God Church, 2565 AR 22, Dardanelle, Arkansas 72834.
