Frances Mae Wells Parker, age 88 of Delaware, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023 at Johnson County Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born August 31, 1935 in Cardon Bottoms, Arkansas to the late Wallace and Kathleen Wells. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J. D. Parker; twin brother, Wallace Ray Wells and a sister, Emma Lee Wells Coffey.

Survivors include her sons, J. D. Omer Parker Jr., Brad Parker (Jennifer); four grandchildren; Russell Parker, Wendy Ledbetter, Meagan Parker, Allie Parker; five great grandchildren, Paiden Ledbetter, Riley Allen, Jeremy Parker, Emma Parker, Cooper Parker; cousins, Gwendolyn Mans, Jerry Wells, Ronnie Wells and Kenneth Wells and numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Thursday, 9:00A.M. to 10:00A.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
