Fred D. Goines age 89 of Danville, formally of Fort Smith passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Mitchell's Nursing Home. He was born April 1, 1926 in Waldron, Arkansas to the late Veston & Ollie Slate Goines. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Solley Goines; parents; son, Bill Goines; grandson, Justin Goines. Survivors include his daughter, Linda Orf of Danville; grandchildren, Jeffrey Goines of Greenwood; Chris Orf of Fort Smith; great-grandchildren, Aaliyah Goines of Oklahoma; Christian Orf of Wisconsin.
