Freda Jean Hicks age 66 of Dardanelle passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 at her home. She was born October 24, 1954 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Frank Hicks and Billie Swilley Hicks. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, she worked at MARVA Workshop for 40 years and she was dearly loved. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her grandparents, Wiley and Virgie Turner-Hicks and Frank and Violet Swilley.

Survivors include her stepmother, Johnnie Mae Biggs; two sisters, Karen Hicks Standridge, Frankie Mae Carpenter; aunt, Mary Sue Silvertooth; her little dog Molly; one niece, Porter Carpenter and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Loyd Miller officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel. Burial will be held at Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to MARVA Workshop in Russellville, Arkansas.
