Freddy Wayne Sammons Sr. age 68 of Belleville passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Baptist Medical Health in Little Rock.

He was born November 8, 1949 in Harlan, Kentucky to the late Herman & Ruby Helton Sammons. He was a retired truck driver for Tuttle & Tuttle Trucking. He was preceded in death by his parents and 8 siblings.

Survivors include his wife Gail Sammons; children, Mary & Rick Ford of Cleveland, Ohio; Renee & Heath Doctorman of Yukon, OK; Freddy Jr & Mykalann Sammons of Jonesboro, AR; brother, Leslie Sammons of Manila, AR; father & mother-in-law, Hoppy & Roberta Cowgill of Belleville; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 12:00 to 1:00 pm Wednesday, July 11, at the funeral home.
