Freman Leon Bales, 25 of Ola, died Saturday, October 13, 2012, at Chambers Memorial Hospital in Danville. He was born on July 9, 1987 in Ozark, Arkansas to Steve and Susie Summit Bales. His occupation was working on gas wells. He was a member of the Ola First Baptist Church. He loved his family, especially his baby girl, Maddi, and loved to joke, laugh, and to go crappie fishing. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Freman and Laura Bales, Leon Summit, Paul Robison; one uncle, Wayman Bales; and a cousin, Andy Bales. Survivors include his parents, Steve and Susie Bales of Ola; grandmother, Ann Summitt of Ola; daughter, Maddi Bales of Little Rock; one sister, Stephanie Kendrick and husband, Jack of Ola; a brother, Dustin Storey of Ola; three nephews, Mason, Auston, and Karson Kendrick of Ola; and many other relatives and friends.
