Gary Lynn Barnett, age 73 of Pottsville passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab. He was born April 21, 1950 to the late Bennie Lemoyne Barnett and Wanda Lee Rollans Barnett. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Gary loved to go hunting, as well as coaching and playing baseball. He is preceded in death by his parents; a nephew Phillip Warnock and niece Leslie Warnock.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 54 years, Vicki Barnett; sons Shelby (Lisa), Todd (Laura), and Rusty Barnett; sister, Peggy (Reedy) Rounsaville; grandchildren, Christian (Amber), Hannah (Matt), Brandon, Katie, Michayla, Dylan; one great grandchild, Hazel, with one on the way, and Jesssica Barnett, mother of Michayla and Dylan.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00P.M., Monday, December 11, 2023 at St. John's Lutheran Church with Rev. Darrell Kobs officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, 2:00P.M. to 3:00P.M. at the church prior to the service.

Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
