Gary Ray Keeling, age 53, of Dardanelle, went to be with our Lord on Friday, July 22, 2022.  He was born March 16, 1969, in Arkadelphia.

Gary was a 1987 graduate of Arkadelphia High School. Following graduation, he joined the United States Navy where he trained and served as an Electrician's Mate in Millington, TN for some years. Gary went on to become a skilled tradesman and woodworker. He worked in carpentry for many years and could fix or build just about anything that you could think of. In 2019, Gary became the Maintenance Technician for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers at Blue Mountain Lake in Blue Mountain, and Lake Nimrod in Plainview. Over the years, Gary acquired numerous certifications and awards for his broad skill set. He was a "jack-of-all-trades" by all definitions.

Gary is preceded in death by his father, Noah Ray Keeling.

Gary is survived by his mother, Pat (Bob) Kinsey; step-mother, Sharon Keeling; four children, Morgan, Taylor (Josh), Jacob and Jared Keeling; four sisters and one brother-in-law, Paula Keeling, Michelle (Shelly) Keeling Emberson, Ragina (Scott) Spears, and Susie Keeling; two grandchildren whom he adored, Raleigh Noah and Bricelyn Hope Blankenship, and one on the way; close friends, Jim Wills and Lisa Defoor; along with many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends that will miss him dearly.

The family will receive friends, Saturday, July 30th, 3:30 p.m., at Ranger Freewill Baptist Church, with Brother Shane Chancellor and Brother Chris George officiating.

In lieu of flowers, you are welcome to assist the kids with the service expenses.
