Gary Lynn Moudy, age 66 of Russellville passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Legacy Heights Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born July 20, 1954 in Russellville, Arkansas to Morris L. Moudy and Betty Grace Page Moudy. He loved hunting, fishing and going camping. He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother, Betty Grace Page Moudy; two children, Jason, Amanda Horn (Joseph); three brothers, John Moudy (Peggy), Michael Moudy (Virginia), Patrick Moudy (Dianne); one sister, Kathy Chivers (Bill) and grandchildren, Joseph, Christopher, Alyssia, and Olivia Horn.

The family wishes to express their gratitude and appreciation for the care that Gary received from the staff at Legacy Heights Nursing and Rehab Center.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, July 2, 2021 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Friday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service. Burial will be private in Russell Cemetery in Bellevville.
