Genean Riddle age 94 of Gravelly passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at her home.

Genean was born December 18, 1931 in Mauldin, Arkansas to the late John Wesley & Faye Scott Smith. She was a member of the Gravelly Methodist Church, mother and homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hick Riddle; children, infant son, Bruce Riddle, sons, Scotty and Wayne Riddle; brothers, Jay Smith, and Eugene Smith; sister, Evalena Riddle.

Survivors include her son, Johnny Riddle; sisters, Johnnie Fay Wood, Joice Peralta and Bett Hagon; brother, John (Kathy)Smith; grandson, Steven Riddle; granddaughter, Tiffany (Joseph) Fritts; great-granddaughter, Oliva Fritts; special nieces and nephews, Gwen Burns, K’ Dawn Gutierrez, Gabriel (Jennifer) Peralta and Paula Black; adopted grandson, Randall (Allie) Davidson; special friend, Norma Rupe; numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am Saturday, July 18, 2026 at the Gravelly Methodist Church. Burial will be a Parks Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Gabriel Peralta, Randall Davidson, Joseph Fritts, Lewis Lacky Jr., Charles Smith and Kian McGhee.

Honorary pallbearers include Joe Pickens, Joe Dishough, Cameron Peralta, Robert Gutierrez, Robert Pena, Jerry Don Hunt and Les Hunt.
