George William Beasley age 79 of Ola died Saturday, July 22, 2017. He was born August 2, 1937 at Bluffton, AR to the late Jess and Velma James Beasley. He was a retired United States Air Force Veteran, a member of the Cowboy Church in Centerville and was a member of the Cowboy Band. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Bertha (Babe) Beasley; two brothers, Billy Beasley, Jessie Beasley Jr.; and one sister, Mary Beasley.

Survivors include one sister, Annie Vaughn of Belleville.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Sandlin Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
