George Odis Goins, age 71 of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at his home. He was born February 1, 1952 in Buckeye, Arizona to Hershel Darrel Goins and Dora LouVinie Long Goins. He was preceded in death by his father, Hershel Goins; brother, Darrel Goins and a daughter, Kelly Goins.

Survivors include his mother, Dora Goins of Phoenix, Arizona; three children, Holly Phillips (Mark) of Olathe, Kansas, Brian Goins (Robyn) of Russellville, Arkansas, Jamie Hoyt (Russ) of Litchfield Park, Arizona; one sister, Glenda Goins (Mark) of El Mirage, Arizona; two brothers, Richard Goins (Alice) of Stephsonville, Texas, Rocky Goins (Fran) of Avondale, Arizona and six grandchildren, Jazmin Phillips, Kaylee Phillips, Annalisa Norgaard (Micah), Harley Goins, Presley Maish and Nathan Maish.
