Geraldine Rector Geraldine Ann Rector age 79 of Dardanelle died Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at St. Vincent Health Care. She was born May 14, 1933 at Sanish, North Dakota to the late Joseph I and Ruth O. Woods Cavanaugh. She was a member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church in Dardanelle. She loved to play bingo, go shopping and eating with her friends Lola and Roxie. More than anything she loved spending Christmas and birthdays with her grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Sandra Joyce Judkins; one sister, Arylis Taylor; one brother, Joseph Cavanaugh. Survivors include her husband, Roy Rector of Dardanelle; two sons, Wayne Alan Rector of Conway, Richard Dennis Rector and wife Sunni of Fort Smith; two daughters, Cynthia Marie Mullen and husband Marty of Rogers, Brenda Sue Borden and husband Shelly of Vilonia; two brothers, Pat Cavanaugh of Arizona, Jim Cavanaugh of Idaho; one sister, Rosie Danks of Minnesota; ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00A.M., Friday, March 15, 2013 at Saint Augustine's Catholic Church in Dardanelle with Father James Melnic officiating. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Mullen, Christopher Mullen, Scott Borden, Tyler Borden, Jeff Wasson, Ricky Judkins, Brian Jones.
