Obituary

Glen Moudy Glen Alton Moudy age 74 of Dardanelle died Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at St. Vincent Health System. He was born March 4, 1941 at New Blaine to the late Hobart and Bertha Leila Brock Moudy. He was a member of the River Park Church of Christ, the Army National Guard and the American Quarter Horse Association. He retired from ConAgra after 36 years. He loved horses and old cars. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Alfred Moudy and James "J.A." Moudy and one nephew, James Lee Moudy. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Moudy of Dardanelle; one son, Brent Moudy of Dardanelle; two sisters, Anna Talley and husband Louie of Harkey Valley, Jean Murdock and husband Leighton of Broken Arrow, OK; two brothers, Roy Moudy and wife Linda of Slo Fork, Danny Moudy and wife Pam of Harkey Valley; two grandchildren, Taylor Moudy, Logan Moudy both of Dardanelle and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Friday, June 26, 2015 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with his nephew Ricky Talley officiating. Burial will be private in Brearley Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel. Pallbearers will be Don Pelt, Bill Pitts, J.L. Martin, Sam Ramey, Paul Bartlett, Terry Parker, Ronnie Carroll. Memorial donations may be made to the Equestrian Zone, P.O. Box 282, Russellville, Arkansas 72811. This was Glen's request to help all children.
