Glenda Mae Jackson, 94 of Danville, passed away October 11, 2022 at Mitchell's Nursing Home in Danville. She was born April 10,1928 in Danville, Arkansas to the late George "Gube" and Kate (Randall) Vestal.  She was a member of the Danville First Baptist Church. She had worked as a cook for Danville schools and a housekeeper for the hospital.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Jackson; son, Tommy Jackson; grandsons, Jeremy May, Jason Jackson; brothers, Truman Randall, Archie Vestal, Leroy Vestal, Bobby Vestal; sister, Georgie Vestal Putman.

Survivors are her daughter, Barbara Jackson of Danville and son, Steve and Vicky Jackson of Dardanelle; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 14 ^th , 2022 at Earl Ladd Cemetery in Danville.  Visitation will be open Thursday noon until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Danville.

Pallbearers include Harvey Klinegardner, Chip Vestal, Shane Vestal, Chad Vestal, Joe Hissom, and Kyle Hissom.
