Glenda J. Mahan 69 of Belleville, died Saturday, November 10, 2012, at Mitchell's Nursing Home in Danville. She was born August 14, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was the retired owner and operator of Glenda's Drapery Shop. She was preceded in death by her father, Carlos Purdom; stepfather, Jimmy Bullington; daughter Shana Mahan; granddaughter, Angel Gaston; and half-sister, Kay Mann. Survivors include her husband, Wayne Mahan; children, Starla and Larry Thomas; Kevin and Joy Childs of Jonesboro; Sherry and Greg Bland of Belleville; Donna and John George of Belleville; Karen and Steve Gaston of Havana; mother, Helen Bullington of Greers Ferry; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn and Johnny Foster of Cabot; and half-sister, Shirley and Bob Dickey of Harrison. Funeral service will be Monday, November 12, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at the Apostolic Church, 4314 Landers Road, North Little Rock, with Brother Donnie Copeland and Brother Greg Bland officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00-11:00 a.m. before the service. Interment will be at Rest Hills Cemetery, North Little Rock. Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home, Danville.
