Glenda Elizabeth Taylor age 73 of Barling died Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Saint Edwards Mercy Center in Fort Smith. She was born October 11, 1938 at Morrilton to Hugh Bradford and Audrey Moore Wear. She was an Air Force Veteran and a Registered Nurse where she worked at Sparks Medical Center for many years. She is preceded in death by her father, Hugh Bradford Wear and her husband, Sam Taylor. Survivors include her mother, Audrey Moore Wear of Danville; two sons, Hugh Samuel Taylor "Chip" of Ft. Smith, Charles Allen Taylor "Chuck" of Mena; one brother, John A. Wear of Danville; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held 10:00a.m. Wednesday May 23, 2012 in Wolfe Cemetery at Opelo.
