Gregory Allen "Greg" Pierce age 49 of Young Gravelly passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.

Greg was born June 11, 1969 in Danville, Arkansas to Philip & Norma Ruth Maxey Pierce.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank & Edna Maxey; Dick & Lorena Pierce; sister, Janice Kaye Pierce; loving aunts & uncles; mother-in-law, Sandra Kay Purifoy.

Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Julie Pierce; daughters, Tera & Elizabeth Pierce of Young Gravelly; parents, Philip & Norma Pierce of Young Gravelly; sister, Marsha & Ricky Jones of Gravelly; brother, Chris & Amy Pierce of Gravelly; father-in-law, Kenneth Purifoy of Richardson, TX; sister-in-law, Suzie Purifoy of Richardson, TX; nieces & nephews, Jeremey, Caleb, Caitlin, Kyler, Kristin, and Emily.

Funeral service will be 2:00 Monday, September 3, 2018 at the Lighthouse Christian Center with Bro. Mike Ellis officiating. Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 pm Sunday, September 2, at the funeral home. Burial will be Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Young Gravelly.

Pallbearers include Mike Austin, Ricky Jones, Rickey Yandell, Ron Sullivan, John Mark Hickey, Michael Hunt, Steven Melton, and Buster Scott.
