Helen Marie Rook Farrier age 79 of Danville passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013 at her home. She was born March 7, 1934 in Ola Arkansas to the late Alvin O. & Gena Melinda Ballinger Davenport. She was a retired realtor, former member of National Association of Realtors; avid volunteer; lifelong member of the Nazarene Church; former owner of Razorback Plumbing Co. in Little Rock; she had many talents and excelled at all of them. Preceded in death by her parents; first husband Fran O. Rook; daughter Patricia Gail Rook; daughter-in-law Jamie Rook; brother William Otis Davenport. Survivors include her husband of 41 years Glen Farrier; 3 children, Paige Elliott of Orlando, FL; Rusty Rook of LaPorte, IN; Robin & Douglas Cromes of Newnan, GA; step-children, Mike Farrier of Batesville; Vicki Doolin of Mt. View; Dennis Farrier of Cabot; brother Virgil Kenneth Davenport of Dardanelle; 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2013 at the Danville First Baptist Church with Rev. Don Irwin and Rev. Clayton Sheets officiating. Burial will be held at a later date at Edgewood Cemetery in Little Rock, AR. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. before service at the church.
