Helen Marie Westerman age 73 of Dover passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born October 20, 1947 in Washington State to the late Rufus Ward and Evelyn Ward. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and will be missed dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Westerman "Bionic Frog"; her son, Billy Wayne Westerman; her parents and four siblings.

Survivors include her children, Jeanna Westerman, Deanna Stevens (jimmy), Charles Westerman (Teresa), Dottie Dornan; three sisters; twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pope County Sheriffs Department or Arkansas State Police.
