Holly RaiAnn Smiddy age 12 of Havana passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 in Rogers Arkansas.

She was born November 27, 2004 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas to Joe & Jeri Greenfield Smiddy. She was in the 6th grade at Western Yell County School.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Gary Greenfield; aunts, Regina Viphongsay, Jessica Thompson, and cousin, Opie Taylor.

Survivors include her mother, Jeri Smiddy (Clay Johnson) of Havana; father, Joe Smiddy of Decatur; sister, Kylie Smidy of Havana; grandparents, Janet & Larry Callison of Rogers; Norman & Deana Smiddy of Decatur; Jaquita Greenfield of Havana; great-grandmother, Bobbie Burrows of Havana; aunts and uncles, Joey Greenfield (Clint) of Rogers; Mellanee & Dan Richards of Lincoln; Dana Taylor of Havana; Michael & Beth Greenfield of Fort Smith; Beau & Heather Greenfield of Huntsville; Jesse & Jordyn Murry of Cabot; Jonny & Dee Murray of Havana; Danny Morris of Havana; Jason Smiddy of Stillwater, OK; and a host of family and friends.

A memorial service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, July 1, 2017at the Havana First Baptist Church.
