Howard Oneil Detrick Jr. age 71 of Dardanelle died Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was born November 6, 1946 at Paris, Arkansas to the late Howard Oneil Detrick Sr. and Hazel Clark Detrick. He was a member of the Arkansas National Guard and a heavy equipment operator. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Olive Detrick; one brother, Bobby Detrick and one sister, Betty Ellis.

Survivors include one brother, Wayne Detrick of Dardanelle and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Burial will be private in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Dardanelle.
