Hubert Owen Simons age 66 of Paris, Arkansas, formerly of Vicksburg, Mississippi, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025 at Paris Health and Rehab Center. He was born August 21, 1959 in Marion, Indiana to the late Hubert W. Simons and Myrl Brown Simons. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his children, Kristy Chandler (Jon), Kailynne Herron (Johnathon); four siblings, Dawn Standridge (Randall), Jay Simons, Kelli Gonyea (Bill), Troy Simons; six grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
