Ida Faye Harper age 88 of Bluffton passed away Monday, June 12, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital.

Ida Faye was born January 11, 1935 in Mt. Tabor, Arkansas to the late Earnest & Alma Melton Meredith. She was a member of the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church and a retired school teacher of 42 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Harper; granddaughter, Samantha Hale; brothers & sisters-in-law, Vell & Vonise, Verdell & Orlene, Eudell & Wilma, George Tom & Avie Meredith.

Survivors include her daughter, Romosha & Bill Bridges of Royal;

son, Elden & Anita Harper of Rover; grandchildren, Bob & Vanessa Harper of Magazine; Forestt & Stephanie Bridges of Texarkana; Tuesdai Bridges of Marshall, MO.; great-grandchildren, Travis & Emily Hale; Seth Hale; Gracyn Bristow and Garrett Bristow.

Graveside service will be 11:00 am Thursday, June 15, 2023 at Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Rev. Roger Harper officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday, June 14, at Cornwell Funeral Home Danville.

Pallbearers include Bob Harper, Forestt Bridges, Jimmie Harper, Justin Harper, Larry Ennis, and Lonnie Mungle.

Honorary pallbearers include, Melinda Cullins, Tommy & Eva Metcalf, and Darrell Ault.
