Imogene Norwood age 88 of Ola died Sunday, December 11, 2016 at her home. She was born September 11, 1928 at Chant, Arkansas to the late Floyd Denton Taylor and Lissie Reed Moss. She was a home maker and was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Roy Lee Norwood and one brother, Ernest Moss.

Survivors include her children, Jimmy and Lana Norwood of Nash, Texas, Keith and Pam Norwood of Rogers, Arkansas, Lana and Dale Wilson of Ola, Arkansas, Jimmy Jr. and Teresa Norwood of Rover, Arkansas; sisters, Virginia Ferguson of McCamey, Texas, Jewell Minnie of Plainview, Arkansas; brothers, Billy Joe Taylor of Midland, Texas, Jimmy Don Taylor of Midland, Texas; nine grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30P.M., Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Rev. Wilma Horton officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 1:30P.M. to 2:30P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
