Inez Mary Douglas age 82 of Casa died Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at River Valley Medical Center. She was born April 1, 1935 at Red Granite, Wisconsin to the late Bert and Mildred Walker Hawks. She was a homemaker and a member of the Casa Church of Christ. She loved reading, watching birds and her favorite soap opera, Days of Our Lives. She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Diane Lynn Douglas, Sandra Jean Level and four brothers, Ken, Jim, Jerry, and Ronnie Hawks.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Clarence Douglas of Casa; three children, Steve Douglas Sr. (Tina) of Casa, Nancy Patton (Dale) of Russellville, Stacey Weaver (Todd) of Ola; two sisters, Dawn Binder of Wisconsin, Jean Keller (Bill) of Wisconsin; five grandchildren, Shanae Douglas, Christy Barker, Steven Douglas Jr., Whitney Fowler, Drake Weaver and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Friday, January 19, 2018 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Charles Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Casa Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the chapel.

Pallbearers will be Steven Douglas Jr., Danny Barker, Justin Barker and Ed Hawks.
