Irene Murray

Lillian Irene Murray age 89 of Russellville died Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Arkansas Heart Hospital. She was born October 3, 1927 at Steve, Arkansas to the late W.L. and Polly Miller West. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in London and the Eastern Star Chapter 505 in Russellville. She loved her family and the times they all spent together. She loved gardening, her roses, sewing and crocheting. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Billie Lee Murray; sons, Kenny Murray, Keith Murray; brother, John West and sisters, Etoy, Hazel, Estelle and Etta Mae.

Survivors include her children, Patricia Briscoe and husband Marty of Russellville, Gary Murray and wife Sharon of Russellville; one sister, Ruby Dickinson; eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00A.M., Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Friday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the chapel. Burial will be private at Havana Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Billy Briscoe, Chuck Briscoe, Randy Murray, Bill Dickinson, Bryan Armstrong and Jim Bowden.
