Irma Leah Hicks age 42 of Russellville passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019 at her sister's home in Clarksville. She was born January 11, 1977 at Ozark, Arkansas to Scottie Lee Hicks and Hazel Louise Morland. She was a Baptist and she loved the outdoors, especially cookouts with her family. She was preceded in death by her father, Scottie Lee Hicks; one sister, Scottia Hicks and one nephew, Larry Hicks.

Survivors include her husband, Tony Tolar; her mother, Hazel Hicks; two sisters, Anna Robbins (Gary), Rebecca Hicks; three nieces, Melanie Hicks, Megan Hicks, Tina Robbins; one nephew, Guy Robbins; four great nephews and four great nieces.

Memorial services will be held at 4:00P.M. to 6:00P.M., Sunday, January 5, 2020 at her nieces house, 309 South Rogers Street, Clarksville, Arkansas 72830.
