Jackie B. Crites age 60 of the Gilkey Community passed away Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Chambers Memorial Hospital. He was born January 26, 1952 in Danville, Arkansas to the late Hubert "Buddy" & Martha Mae Mitchell Crites. He was a Security Guard at Wayne Farms. He was a member of the Branded by Christ Cowboy Church. Preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include wife Joyce Brown Crites; sons, Jay & Angela Brown of Fort Smith and Gary Brown & fiancée Deborah of Cater Cove; daughters, Angela & Greg Hammet of South Carolina and Lori Tayna Crites of Belleville; sister Judy & Eddie Boggs of Ola; brothers James & Susie Crites of Gilkey Community and Jeff & Teresa Crites of Greenbrier; brothers-in-law, Terry Brown and Larry Brown of Plainview; sister-in-law Louanne Fournier of New Hampshire; mother-in-law Lucille Brown of Plainview; 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at New Bethel Cemetery with Bro. Josh Crites officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at funeral home.
