Jackie Lou Farmer age 80 of Russellville did Monday, December 17, 2018 at Paris Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born November 18, 1938 at Mulberry, Arkansas to the late James and Hilda Ellen Fisher Justice. She was a member of the Harmony Freewill Baptist Church in Russellville. She loved crocheting, gardening and taking care of others. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Randy Ray Carroll and one brother, Bill Justice.

Survivors include her four children, Ricky Lynn Carroll of Arizona, Debbie Lou Myer of Russellville, Bryan Wayne Carroll and wife Sharon of Russellville, Aaron Jay Farmer of Fayetteville; one brother, Wiley Justice of Ozone; two sisters, Sue Byrum of Russellville, Linda Price of Little Rock; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Mark Hubbard officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the chapel. Burial will be held at 1:00P.M. Wednesday at Height Cemetery in Mulberry.
