Jackie Dean "Jack" Underwood age 79 of Havana passed away Monday, June 13, 2022 at his home.

Jack was born April 8, 1943 in Perry, Oklahoma to the late Bertie & Helen Winnie Graham Underwood. He was a member of the Danville Assembly of God Church. He was a National Guard Veteran and he was retired from Firestone.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Zephaniah Scot Underwood; brothers, Robert, Bryan, Ernie, Ray and his wife Bobbie Underwood; sisters, Betty Mae Underwood and Ruby and her husband Chuck Troughber.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years Sharon Underwood; daughter, Deana Underwood of Havana; son, Kevin & Christina Underwood of Collinsville, OK.; brother, Jerry Underwood of Dardanelle; grandchildren, Lauren Underwood, Nathan Massey, Christian Melter, Brittany Duda, Taylor Smith, and Ethan Smith; great-grandchildren, Colton Underwood, Teagan Vaughn, Lane Duda, Aurora Duda, and Serana Duda; several nieces, nephews and a host family and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Friday, June 17, 2022 at the Danville Assembly of God Church with Rev. Joshua Dye officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Havana Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Chris Underwood, Nathan Massey, Scott Self, Stephen Wagoner, Christian Melter and Ethan Smith.
