Jacob Madison Graves, age 19 of Delaware passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 at his home. He was born November 25, 2003 in Russellville, Arkansas to John Madison Graves III and Nichole Johnson. He attended Dardanelle High School and he loved fishing, hunting, and being outdoors. Most of all he loved his family and friends. Jacob was preceded in death by his father, John Madison "JM" Graves III; grandfather, John Johnson; great grandparents, John and Maggie Graves, Charles and Elizabeth Brown and a special cousin, Seth Miller.

Survivors include his mother, Nichole Jackson (Daniel); grandparents, John Madison "JM" and Marlene Graves, and Sharon Johnson; one sister, Madison Chiolino (Frank); two aunts, Vickie Pierce (Don), Melissa Felther (David); two nieces, Evelyn and Emelia Chiolino; three cousins, Ryan and Kelli George and Kourtney Pierce and his best friend and fur baby, Dexter.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the Dardanelle Community Center with Bro. John David Keeling officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Graves Cemetery in Delaware with Aris Ortiz to say the final words.

Pallbearers will be Gavin Erdelen, Kaden Olson, Landon Drewery, Carter Clemons, Rhett Merritt, Brayden Yandell, Jaxon Arndt and Frank Chiolino.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jordan Branson, Braden Jordan, Charlie Jones, Ryan George, Aleigh Francis and Grady Vinson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Arkansas Game and Fish Youth Hunts.
